DJL-320Vand DJL-440V Map Tray Sealer is widely applicable to the package of raw and cooked meat, seafood, dairy product, fruit and vegetable, rice and flour food. Modified atmosphere packaging machine features quality assurance, keeping fresh, color retention, complexion preservation and taste retention.
The working process of DJL-320V/440V is vacuum, gas flushing ,and then sealing. Vacuum replacement’s machine is different from vacuum skin packaging machine, it cannot do vacuum skin. Because vacuum is a only a process, not a result. After vacuum replacement, fresh-keeping gas will last longer than airflow replacement, which means more gas savings.
